The doctor is great, but the front desk staff really needs a lesson in basic courtesy. I called to see if they could squeeze my son in for an ear infection, and Claudia gave the most unaffectionate, “No—she’s done for the day. She just saw her last patient.” A courteous response would be, “I’m so sorry, but she won’t be able to” or something that at least sounds like you care. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Staff can run business away so I hope they see to it that the front desk is trained properly.

I was kinda scared by other reviews saying the office staffs are rude or not welcoming, but my experience did not match what the reviews said. The staffs did all the jobs on time - making an appointment, sending out referral, and getting authorization from the insurance company. Do not rely on the reviews too much.

Ha sido pediatra de mis hijos. El mayor tiene 21 años y mi niña nació con Craneosinostosis Sagital y ella lo detecto de inmediato y estuvo para mi niña 24/7 l recomiendo ampliamente y de igual manera a todo su equipo de trabajo. La Doctora Lucas también es Excpcional y excelente Profesional.
