My 4-year-old and 6-year-old girls had a wonderful annual pediatric appointment at Dr. Shaw's office. The nurse that screened my kids for vision and hearing, Shakirah, made it a wonderful experience. She was upbeat and professional, and I could tell that she is truly passionate about what she does. Dr. Shaw made my children and I feel cared about and heard in her office and we didn't feel rushed at all. It was a great appointment!
