I appreciate how responsive Lori is when I reach out to her. I always feel like I am heard, appreciated, welcomed in her space. The techniques she has used with me and my partner, or with me alone, have had tremendous positive impact in my life.
Unfortunately I have limited experience with this business as they would not return a phone call or a text in a timely manner. And still have not responded. As a consumer I had a desire for voice contact before making an appointment. After several attempts I was forced to consider an alternative counselor.. I found their service lacking and will continue my search for a counselor. I realized time is money and there are probably more people not following through with this type of service.
