Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
