I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
Dr. Kandel is the BEST! She always has a smile on her face, but isn't dripping with sweetness as she also has a sense of humor. She is supportive and suggestive without being condescending, and has even called me in the evening to follow up with some paperwork so that my son could attend school the next day. I just wish she practiced family medicine, because I would love her for my general doc too!
