Terrible Service and Ugly Flowers I ordered the "Teleflora Party Time" flowers for my fiance's birthday. When I saw the arrangement, I couldn't believe that it was the same thing that I paid a nice chunk of change for as advertised on their website. They advertised the arrangement as 13"x13" (give or take a little, obviously). I knew it was nowhere near this size though, so I measured it and it came out to 8"x9".
