Got my tooth pulled out at this location. It went fine. Liked it enough to try to switch dental offices. Came in for a consult and they sent me to Endodontics Limited becuase they thought there was an infection. Endontics notified the office that the tooth in question has been treated before. Which they charged be $400 dollars for A CONSULT. I call back to Loretto to schedule my dental implant. They never picked up. Worst experience ever . Front desk staff is not professional at all . I scheduled an appointment for cleaning last week they called me couple days before and canceled it for some reason which its ok ,I don’t mind and I rescheduled another one for today . I went there, wrote my name down, the girl told me we will call you soon . After 35 mins they called me , sat me down and told me someone will come to do my cleaning. Will not be returning to this dental office. I have trying to get some updates regarding a preauthorization for a deep cleaning with this location since the 2-3rd week of May. My health insurance has notified me that they still need additional information on behalf of the oral surgeon to complete the authorization to conduct the deep cleaning. I called two times last week and I am unable to reach them. They are highly unreliable and I believe they purposely miss my health insurances deadlines to be denied for clearance just ... read more
