Will not be returning to this dental office. I have trying to get some updates regarding a preauthorization for a deep cleaning with this location since the 2-3rd week of May. My health insurance has notified me that they still need additional information on behalf of the oral surgeon to complete the authorization to conduct the deep cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous have to fast 12 for surgery with no water and they make u sit in the over packed waiting room for 2 hours!! It’s a damn rat race will never come back here again!
They NEVER answer the phone man.
