The care was much below NYSDOH standards My brother was a patient on the 8th floor and the care was substandard. Poor hydration and personal care was provided. Meals and food was not eatable and different options were requested but never served. He fell several times, but fall precautions were ignored. I was about to file a complaint, but sadly my brother passed away.
