Pat's and Geno's move over - Lorenzo's Pizza - Italian Market is the BEST – Lorenzo's Pizza at the Italian Market makes the best cheese steaks and pizza we have ever tasted! The crust on the pizza is thin and crisp and done just right. The cheese steaks are loaded with the most tender steak on a delicious roll, and if you top it off with cheese and fried onions you'll be in heaven. Misplaced NYer – As an arrogant New Yorker, I have to say thank you to Lorenzo's for actually making a damn good slice. It's the only pizza that I'll eat in the entire city.
Best Pizza Place in South Philly – I have lived in South Philly a long time and i must say that this place pizza place has been around the longest and is still the best i have ever been to. Whether it's the cheesesteaks to the pizza to even the hoagies, everything here is made perfectly. Thank you George, Keith, and Johnny. You make it happen.
Cheesesteak heaven! – We visited Philadelphia recently, and this was a recommendation from a family member who had recently been there. The recommendation was spot on, we loved the cheesesteaks here! Perfectly cooked to order, good bread, they were delicious. We also tried their onion rings, which were also really good. who needs Pat's or Geno's? – Great pizza, great cheesesteaks, why go anywhere else? This is the spot! (a little chilly by the door sometimes, just keep your jacket on.)
The best pizza and cheese steaks in the city. – Lorenzo's pizza is to die for. Thin crisp crust, boardwalk style pizza. Their cheese steaks are incredible too. They melt in your mouth and are on a delicious roll. They have signs up in the shop that they won Best of Philly Pizza and Best of Philly Cheese Steak and one visit and you'll know why. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Great Crusts – Nice thin crusts on the bottom and luscious thick crust around the edge. Perfect seasoning - it is the best pizza ever made!
