Everything was done quickly and professionally. Good job!
Lorenzo worked very hard to get the work done. I was able to talk to him during the job and get on the spot updates. He also worked on Saturday. The tuck-pointing of the stone work on our house looks very good. He also did very good work repairing side walk, drive way and patio concrete.
I thought he was a little sloppy in his work, but he returned to clean up the job. He also was willing to complete the job to my satisfaction. Overall, the finished product was good quality. Be sure to negotiate the price with him
Lorenzo's company was very efficient and the repair to our stone foundation looks great. He was very accommodating with our time frame to have the work completed. He was able to come over on a Sunday to do the job. Lorenzo and his co-worker were very knowledgeable and professional about this job. Fast, efficient and cleaned the area up like they hadn't been there. Would definitely hire his company again.
Horrible. Lorenzo did sloppy work and attempted to lie to me when I asked that he fix it. They chose broken bricks to put back in to stairs that were rebuilt. He also blamed imperfections on "someone vandalizing my property". He cut a brick out of my retaining wall to put into the stairs without my permission and said nothing about it. I discovered this after his work was "complete" Left a mess every day, never showed up on time. I also have standing water on my landing after it rains that wasn't there before. He was very prompt in responding to my request and was prompt at getting out to do the work as well.
