some language barrier. didn't give a detailed list of expense and I couldn't seem to convey I wanted one. But chimney looks good, will repair free of charge within one year, stated would last 75 years now. He was cheaper than the other estimates.

Lorenzo and his helper did an excellent job of repairing the drive. The job involved much more than expected. When the concrete was removed, a big hole was discovered which explained why we had the problem with the driveway cracking. Lorenzo explained everything very well. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished except for an area that I'm sure they just missed. Wow! Lorenzo rebuilt a couple of brick flowerbeds and the tops to the "wings" on my house's brick facade. All of it turned as perfect as could be! He managed to find brick to match the facade and got the mortar color spot on! Everything was cleaned up and hauled away leaving my yard, steps and driveway looking better than before he came! There were just no issues with the service or workmanship. That just doesn't happen by accident. It's takes hard work on someone's part to make it happen and Lorenzo did it for my project!
Lorenzo's work ethic is second to none. He was timely in responding and worked around my family emergency . I would and have recommended Lorenzo to others.
