very unprofessional, unorganized, dose not follow instructions , dose not show up when he says he will ,and when they do show its 10:30 or 11:00 am no contract or work order and didn't finish the job. I have spent the last 3 weekends fixing there mistakes plus damage.every day when I came home from work I had to pick up there trash, cigarette butts, pop cans etcetera.

The repair work, power washing, and staining two decks was done well and on time. Lorenzo is a hard worker and very good at what he does. I also had my sidewalk resurfaced. Additional cost but worth it. He did a great job. The jobs were finished on time. The reason for only 4.5 stars is the crew. Lorenzo had to keep on top of them constantly. They were hard on the yard and plants when they cleaned the deck and their work buckets, etc. They left the garden hosed attached to the faucet and left the water on after they had fini... read more
Overall a very good job. Scheduling was could have been an issue but he and his crew did the work on the day they said they would. Professional and thorough.

Hiring Lorenzo Hernandez was the best thing I ever did! He gave an excellent quote, scheduled the work VERY quickly and got it done! We had two exterior balconies replaced and a cement retaining wall done for our driveway on a 4-unit condo. GREAT work! Hire this guy!!!!
