Almost a complete exam and answers all my questions. Always feel confident about my eye care with him.
Dr. Beek is very caring and listens to his patients. He answered all my questions and wants to help me.
Dr. Beek was professional and explained everything well. My only complaint is the long wait time. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not called back to an exam room until almost 11:15 and I did not see Dr. Beek until 11:30. Almost an hour. I think that is disrespectful of my time.
Dr. Beek is an excellent listener and he knows his profession.
Dr. Beek was very friendly as was my tech who did the preliminary exam. The doctor listened to me and did a very thorough exam. He was considerate and informative. However, I waited over 45 minutes to see the doctor. And when I was checking in another patient came up to the desk beside and and asked if he had been missed, since it had been so long. The receptionist stated that they were running about 1 hour late that day, to which this same patient replied “this keeps happening when I see him!”
I always have a good visit at Discover Vision, Dr Beek always explains things thoroughly in language that I could understand!
Dr Beek always takes time to ask questions and make sure my I am comfortable with his recommendations. Its never a transactional experience. I never feel rushed or like I am a number.
Dr. Beek takes the time to listen to your concerns, is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I am glad he is my eye doctor.
Dr. Beek - Provided me with a very thorough checkup, updated my prescription, and also prescribed a different type of contact lenses that have markedly improved my vision.
