Addressed all my questions and concerns.
He was very informative and explained things well. The only comment I can make is about the staff, the person that called me from the waiting room did not introduce herself, she was new I understand. She obviously did not read my chart coz the questions she was asking are already in my chart.
He listens. He's great at explaining your options and gives you the pros & cons of those options.
Dr Beek was wonderful! I appreciated that he presented me with options and listened to my thoughts as well. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Not rushed and no pressure.
The whole crew was top notch! Starting with front desk, to the technician (Sarah), Dr. Beek, and the man helping me choose my glasses, I think his name was Emmett. Just amazing service! Safe, detailed, patient, knowledgeable, and nice. Thank you!
Dr Beek did an excellent job explaining the fitting procedure and performing the exam/computer scanning for new contacts.
Dr. Beek is very nice, approachable, and knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions and took time to thoroughly discuss any concerns I may have. I did not feel my appointment was rushed at any point. He does not pressure you to buy contacts or glasses through the practice. The office staff were very nice though they do excessively try to contact you via every method possible regarding appointments. I was seen on time. They definitely made me feel like a valued patient.
