Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor and very straightforward. However, the office customer service needs a lot work. You can never speak to anyone when you call. They confuse appointment dates. Prescription refills are not filled timely and the response time via the portal is virtually nonexistent. When visiting the office and while waiting to see the doctor in one of the exam rooms the staff is extremely loud and talking about personal issues using language (cussing) that is unprofessional. I wanted to take this time to thank Dr. Jones and his entire staff including the surgery team. I was treated with extreme care and everyone was so supportive. He is very knowledgeable and handled my situation with urgency which basically, I consider, saved my life. Thank you to all and I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone close to me.
Dr Jones is a very good listener, thinks very quick on feet, went over all complaints and questions I had from the last 6 months. He ordered test that should be done on me every 6 months, plus some extra for some kidney and urological concerns I have had over the past few months. He has a good hand shake and gave me some good advice to go. A real good team member of my health care providers.Thanx Dr Jones

Dr. Jones has taken care of my needs each visit. Leave knowing where my situation stands, with plan and next appointment. Dr. Jones is very nice, other staff is attentive making a pleasant office visit.

I recently had a Green Light Laser procedure for BPH that was performed by Dr Jones. I have not seen this doctor since the day of the surgery before the procedure (didn't even see him in recovery). Haven't seen him since. I never had a surgery and the doctor never wanted a follow up appointment to check on the healing progress or the results of the procedure. Dr Jones and his PA Max Braunstein were fantastic. Took great care of me after a failed procedure from another dr and months of suffering and 2 infections. Took over, ran tests and scheduled surgery.
