I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid approximately $3,000 for a chimney cleaning and the installation of a chimney cap. The chimney cap blew off during the first storm after it was installed, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the installation. To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional $1,000 to another company to retrieve the cap from my neighbor's yard and reinstall it properly. I used Lords' video-Zoom option to preview my issue with Lords after uploading several pictures for him to look at. I love this feature, - everyone should do this. I have an issue with my dryer vent I just had a Zoom call with Lee at Lords for ~5 minutes. Less is great, - very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me his assessment and suggested I look at one more thing. I'm using Lords for this
