I used Lords' video-Zoom option to preview my issue with Lords after uploading several pictures for him to look at. I love this feature, - everyone should do this. I have an issue with my dryer vent I just had a Zoom call with Lee at Lords for ~5 minutes. Less is great, - very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me his assessment and suggested I look at one more thing. I'm using Lords for this
Lords Chimney was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. They arrived on time, clearly explained what they were inspecting, and took the time to answer questions without rushing. The inspection felt careful and methodical, and they documented their findings clearly. Overall, a very straightforward, professional experience.
