A lot of turnover. No real service. Non-responsive, but extremely good at initiating citations. I wish there was less than a star for their rating.
I find it puzzling how a company of this nature manages to sustain its operations. Over the course of the past two decades, they have faced an astonishing number of lawsuits—exceeding 400. Additionally, they have been implicated numerous times in the unauthorized withdrawal of funds from HOA reserve accounts. Worst company ever. Constantly ignoring phone calls and emails, never taking action, and using the most incompetent contractors, causing homeowners thousands of dollars in special assessments and HOA fees increases on an annual basis.
Sometimes it takes a little persistence but Lordon has always been helpful to us as homeowners.
