I am a Master’s student at UNF and was looking for a place close to the university to live with my husband. I was amazed by Lord Simcoe Apartments from the very first time I saw it because, to me, it is the most beautiful and well-maintained building in the area. My fiance and I have been living at Lord Simcoe for a few weeks now and we have been very happy! Mary and Ashley were very accommodating during our first few days moving in and always lent a hand when needed. It has been pleasant being notified of things going on in the building/area. Everyone in the building has been very friendly so far, quiet and keep to themselves. Being close to a lot of local restaurants downtown is also a huge plus!Â
building is cute and great but landlord is unacceptable. so rude and disrespectful to everyone ive spoken too who lives here. lives on some power trip by screaming at her tenantsÂ
Mary and Ashley do a great job of keeping the building in good condition. Always at the service of the tenants.Â
I have been living at the Lord Simcoe Apartments for the last 11 years and couldn’t even begin to imagine living anywhere else. Mary, Ashley and the rest of the property management team are wonderful and professional in every sense of the word. From the laundry and community rooms to the hallways and garbage chutes, the building is always impeccably clean.
