building is cute and great but landlord is unacceptable. so rude and disrespectful to everyone ive spoken too who lives here. lives on some power trip by screaming at her tenants
Mary and Ashley do a great job of keeping the building in good condition. Always at the service of the tenants.
I have been living at the Lord Simcoe Apartments for the last 11 years and couldn’t even begin to imagine living anywhere else. Mary, Ashley and the rest of the property management team are wonderful and professional in every sense of the word. From the laundry and community rooms to the hallways and garbage chutes, the building is always impeccably clean. The building manager, Mary and her assistant Ashley are awesome. The property is very well maintained and we feel safe living here. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to call their home.
Currently live in this building. Superintendent is arrogant, and unhelpful. Don't care about residents at all, and very selfish. As for Realstar, continue to increase rent above guidelines...this year at over 7%.
