My fiance and I have been living at Lord Simcoe for a few weeks now and we have been very happy! Mary and Ashley were very accommodating during our first few days moving in and always lent a hand when needed. It has been pleasant being notified of things going on in the building/area. Everyone in the building has been very friendly so far, quiet and keep to themselves. Being close to a lot of local restaurants downtown is also a huge plus!
building is cute and great but landlord is unacceptable. so rude and disrespectful to everyone ive spoken too who lives here. lives on some power trip by screaming at her tenants
