Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Not really How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider welcome questions? Not really Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? No, they made sure all negative behaviors were discouraged Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

Did this psychiatrist investigate your medical background before recommending a treatment option? Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Was this psychiatrist friendly? Yes

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I always look forward to my appointments because they take that extra step to make me feel special and respected. They really make an effort to get to know all their clients and don't just treat them like a number. Getting an appointment with them couldn't be easier. They're always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying... read more
