I saw this Doctor many years ago and it was a horrible experience. She was rude, mean, not understanding and made me forever avoid seek professional help just to not run into someone like her again.
Just left her office with my mom who had alzheimers and depression. She took a long time asking many questions and was very thorough. She was very knowledgeable and sensitive to the fact that alzheimers is a harsh disease that changes people. Would definitely recommend!
I have seen many psychiatrists for many years. This one is a zero. I found her to be very condescending and dismissive. Basically she said i will not get any better. NOT what a person with chronic depression needs to hear. Another doctor recognized my problem and changed my treatment with great improvement.
Dr Lopez is a wonderful Physician. She is caring and compassionate. She listens which is so needed! Her staff is so courteous and caring. They are very friendly. I would recommend Dr Lopez to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist who really cares About her patients
We have been seeing Dr Lopez for over 2 years. I find that she listens to kids and tries to bond with them. This is important especially when working with adolescents. She provides her professional opinion but also listens to parent's concerns and preference. I would definitely recommend Dr Lopez to other parents.
On the positive side, little wait time and she usually gets back to you in a timely manner if you have a question or concern. However, not very friendly, warm, or encouraging all of which are a MUST in her area of specialty. I left my appointments more than once feeling defeated and discouraged.
She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, confrontational and old fashioned. Would not recommend anyone who is seeking serious help. She does not seem very well qualified, her degree is not from a well-accredited university and was educated in another country. Another doctor I sought counsel from disagreed with her diagnosis.
