Permanent Crown Glued In I was very pleased with the treatment that I received during this visit. I appreciated that Dr Hall took pity on me and applied topical anesthetic afterward because my gums were sore.

The staff is very friendly and understanding. My hygienist, Thuy is awesome! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is definitely not your typical dentist's office.

Overall, my experience was positive: the office is beautiful; the staff is friendly, courteous and professional, and they remember my name! Dr Hall is very good at explaining what he is about to do so there are no surprises. However, I was kept waiting for 35 minutes, although they did apologize and gave me a gift card to Jamba Juice for my inconvenience, which was a nice touch, I thought. I look forward to getting my permanent crown installed.
