The staff is incredibly friendly and makes me feel wanted in the office. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody.
great service, as usual, but the exam ran a bit longer than normal. I was told this is because my teeth were more stained than usual (I was also 5 minutes late) but the procedure went well over the hour slotted. It seems this was out of both of our control (unless it was due to the dentist's inexperience -- I don't think this was the case), but I would prefer the appointment to be for 1:30 so I can plan accordingly and also insure time for the exam (which had to be postponed)

Personally I come to Smiles because of Dr. Hall and the dental techs whom I all like very much. Dr. Hall is great.
I went to Dr. Hall after an embarrassingly long time of not going to the dentist (like 15 years). He and his staff got me fixed up in two visits and I have been going regularly for cleanings for a few years now. Smiles Dental is the best.
