Love the office and the doctors, however the staff is not that great. I had an appointment today for 10:30 and didn't leave until 12:30 and the excuse the front desk lady gave me was this is how it always is. Waited an hour before being called to the back then another 30 min or so after I complained. I have not had any trouble with this office until today. No respect. How can you make children wait that long in a boring office in which the only entertainment is TV.
Absolutely horrible office!! Don't bring your child here . the nurses/medical assistants don't care about the patients. Yes, the doctors are very good but in order for you to get in contact with the doctors you have to go through the front office staff and nurses who aren't really pleasant. They hardly ever answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, I even had the nurse practitioner's nurse hang up the phone on me , talk about professionalism. They should have sympathy for the parents of their sick childre... read more
Doctor Jesica is very good and friendly but the staff at the front have a bad attitude always and do not like to ask you anything what a shame the office is very nice and the doctors are good.
