Namaste Dr. Mehra. Totally disappointed some of your nurses have really bad attitude. As a mother is very important for me that my Son is surrounded by good positive ambience and more in a Pediatrician Office. I do not tolerate disrespect, just because your are busy or having a bad day. Remember some words in spanish have different meanings in different countries and can be offensive. The customer services ladies are awesome , the doctor Frances is adorable . The nurse was so delicate when she put the vaccines to my daughter . The best is have appointment Saturdays
The only thing i dont like is that they never answer the phones. But when u go in person the girls are not doing anything
I literally wait over 30 minutes passed my appointment to be seen every single time. Then once called back I have to wait another 30-40 minutes for the doctor to arrive. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment one time and was rudely turned away by ththe receptionist! The doctors and nurses are great but the receptionist are extremely rude and lazy.
Dr. Sanjay Mehra is a good doctor, however the front office staff is horrible. Long wait times, reception area packed with kids, and no one EVER answers the phone and you are lucky to get a call back 10% of the time. Spanish speaking nurses get irritated if you don't speak Spanish. I would never recommend someone to have to deal with this front office staff.
