Very friendly staff. Great team work. Dr. Bates and his staff were very helpful in explaining exactly what they were doing and why. I actually enjoyed my time there! Very convenient location.
I had a great visit yesterday to Loop Dental! It is a beautiful office at a super convenient location with easy (free!) parking. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very informative and accommodating and did a super job explaining all that is going on with my teeth, without being judgmental :). Dr. Bates gave a very thorough and thoughtful exam and even helped smooth out my chipped tooth. I was able to leave with minimal pain in my mouth and wallet. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. They were very attentive and provided solid patient education. They didn't try to sell me any treatments, products, or procedures. The team informed me of my dental health, provided me with explanations of findings, and informed on on any treatment options that I might benefit from if I was interested. Loop Dental is absolutely the awesome!! Dr. David Bates and his staff are the best in the business. They treated me like family, and actually call me periodically to check in. I have been going to their Roseville location for years and was so happy they opened up new location in my neighborhood. Their office is so clean, friendly, convenient, and did I mention affordable!! I highly recommend you give them a try, your teeth will thank you later!! �
I was visiting the city and stopped by the office. It looks like an upscale loft and is a really cool office to get dental work done in. Dr. Bates is great and friendly!
Had a great experience with Dr Bates. In town for a few weeks and walked by the office, so decided to stop in to ask if they could help with some dental work. They went above I expected providing great service and setting up a plan of care while I am in town. Dr Bates explained everything while he was doing it and and was very thorough. Felt like I received the best care.
