My frequency of visits says it all. As friendly as the people are in Bend they are just a little Friendlier at the Looney Bean.
Looney Bean is incredible! I'm addicted to their Velvet Elvis with espresso whip. I make all my friends/family go to LB when they visit. I've tried many other coffee shops out here, but no one else makes anything close to my Velvet Elvis! The staff is awesome, too. They're always friendly and if you go there a lot, they pretty much memorize what you always order and start getting it ready when you walk in. I totally recommend this coffee shop!
