Edwin is the best of the best! Plus you get to see him in a hazmat suit. He was very thorough noticing the slightest things like a pipe that was working, but had too many pieces attached and capping off a couple of loose wires. Being a new home owner I wanted someone that I could trust. Being a female, new home owner, he was very patient and knowledgeable about EVERY question I had. I highly suggest him and will be using Lookout Inspection in the future.
