Dr. Loo is very nice, and so are his nurse practitioners. Walk in blood draws are very convenient. The downsides are that Dr. Loo tends to overprescribe medications, especially the newer, more expensive ones, as opposed to working with me to to treat conditions naturally with lifestyle changes and encouragement. It seems sometimes that he is rushing me in and out and getting kickbacks from the drug companies. And... the front office staff are curt and rude! Why not be professional and nice?
I was very uncomfortable throughout my visit. Instructions were not communicated clearly and the staff are not caring or kind. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Definitely got the feeling from the Doctor that I was a waste of his time.
I do NOT recommend Premier Family Care or Dr. Loo to ANYONE. Their office is uninviting, their staff doesn't welcome you, and Dr. Loo doesn't care about his patients, he just wants to get as many people through the doors as he can for $$. He does not care to know anything about his patients medical history. If you show up before your appointment time, be prepared to wait at least an hour. Dr Loo is quite rude as well, even going so far as telling regular patients he never wants to see them again
