Everyone from front desk, medical assistant and NP Jackie all were great. I've found my new PCP
Dr Loo and NP Jackie have been my PCP for over 10 years. I find them easy to get scheduled with them and if something comes up that is time urgent, they work you in within a day or two. Staff is friendly and caring as best they can within the timeframe they work with. Jackie is always accommodating and responds very quickly with lab work, scans and getting back with you with results same day.
I am a former patient under the medical care of Dr. James Loo. He showed true compassion in his work as a family physician. I was impressed by Dr. Loo's thorough process in making sure I got the best treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Loo and his staff.
Rude customer service on the phone when setting an appt with receptionist. Also rude and rushed quality of service during the appt.with Jackie, Dr. Loo’s P.A.when treating my son.
My husband and I needed to establish with new healthcare. Dr. Loo was recommended by my gynecologist as a good PCP. Making an appointment was a breeze and they got both of us in at same time! Very friendly and curtious. Dr. Loo has a great bedside manner. Having phlebotomist in house was great plus. Very happy with our choice!!
Dr. Loo has been my PCP for almost 25 years. I think so highly of him that I kept him as my primary dr for the 10 years I lived and worked in NJ/NYC, having him perform my physicals when in AZ for visits. That's how good I think he and his practice is. He always fit me in, working around my travel schedule and limited time in the Valley. If I could rate this practice lower than 1 star I would. The entire experience at this practice is terrible. We came in because our 17 year old son had several concussions and started having issues. We came in and was seen by dr Jackie who gave us a bunch of referrals. We found out that the referral he needed the most was for an adult neurologist instead of a pediatric one. We contacted them several times trying to get the right referral and their staff and front desk receptionists had no compassion and spoke to us like we w... read more
Both Dr. Loo and his staff are nothing short of excellent.
I am new to the Chandler area and needed a new PCP. I was warmly welcomed into the office upon my arrival. After some initial paperwork I was quickly taken back to a nice room. My wait to see Dr. Loo was not long at all. He was friendly, kind, listened to my concerns and gave "next steps" for my current health challenge. I was extremely pleased that blood work was done right in the office and that imaging was literally in the same parking lot. I will continue to see Dr. Loo!
