I’ve had a great experience working with Dr. Davis on repairing a fairly severe knee injury that required surgery. He’s a professional who has a great depth of knowledge for his craft while still being able to explain in simple terms to non-experts.
The office staff is appalling. They failed to submit the prescription or do my pre-authorization for my MRI promptly, and now I'm having additional health issues due to their negligence. Lastly, I asked for a return call from the doctor to understand the next course of action I could take due to loss of mobility and I never received a return call.
Dr. Davis is an exceptional physician. He is a teacher at heart, ensuring each patient knows exactly what to expect with their injury/recovery process. He also takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. I've always felt like he has had my best interest in mind - not trying to sell me on a particular service. I would definitely recommend his office!
