RecommendedTheir attention and desire to please was great. It was the fastest time that I have done paperwork and gotten out of a dealership ever. Of course I had what I wanted and did not have to look around on the lot much, which helped. My car came in and we went quick.
The salesman I dealt with was Charles Yawn. Easy to talk to, and no pressure from him. Compared deals available at other dealerships and got a better one at Lonnie Cobb. Glad I stayed local!!
service department is lazy and refuses to make a warranty claim. Nick would rather keep a vehicle for 2months and drag his feet. then when you file a complaint he tells you that your vehicle is broke because of you then refuses to do anything. sorry excuse of a service department.
Mr. Charles (The man in the hat) waited on us. He was extremely helpful and respectful. He did an awesome job making sure we were happy and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go to Lonnie Cobb in the future.
