We had a small problem (caused by me) with our new Expedition. We were 100 miles from home on our way to a Florida vacation when it occurred. We stopped at Lonnie Cobb Ford and in under 5 minutes the gentlemen running the service desk fixed our problem. No bill, no paperwork just a “be careful.” Now you can’t beat that for helping someone out! Thanks again to Lonnie Cobb Ford. We highly recommend.

Can't say enough about these folks! Bought my 2019 beauty (Explorer) on a Friday, left Monday and put 3,000 miles on it during our vacation. She ran like charm.
