I was on a hunt for my daughters first car. On day three after visiting over 15 dealerships in West Tennessee, Jackson area, exhausted, frustrated and ready to give up! My wife and I just purchase a new car from these guys and the car I traded in had a nationwide smart ride chip in it. I didn't realize the mistake until a few days later and my old car had already went to auction. When I called Mr. Steve he said he would get it back to me and do everything he could. They could have easily not dealt with this and lied and said they couldn't get it but they pulled though and a week later I was able to return the chip to nationwide. Great guys here from my experience.
We just purchased our last vehicle from there and will never recommend them to anyone again. We were loyal customers when Mr. Seaton owned the store and extended our loyalty when it became Lonnie Cobb. Apparently that was mistake. When you pay $17,000 for a vehicle, you do not expect to have problems 2 months later. If you do, you expect the dealership to do whatever can be done to not inconvenience you any more than is necessary.
