My son has been going to see Dr. Michael since he was a newborn now he is 13. I couldn't have picked a better pediatrician for him.
I'm an expectant mother and Longwood Pediatrics came highly recommended by my doctor. Unfortunately, that was not the first experience I received with them and therefore will choose another pediatrician. I made an appointment to see the office and ask some questions. When I got there, the person I made the appointment with wasn't in that day and no one else could take a few minutes of their day to assist me after I traveled all the way there. We LOVE Longwood Pediatrics. Our son has been seeing Dr. O'Connor since he was born. We live in Ipswich now but we still will drive into Boston because we can't imagine our son in anyone else's care. Whenever we have called with a question, someone gets back to us quickly and provides us with the guidance we need whether it's a fever, a fall or a spell of bad dreams. They are always willing to help and guide new parents. We consider Longwood a critical part of our support system as parents.
