Good Nurses and Doctors to speak with when voicing concerns. But customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Can’t even call in to make a simple appointment without going back and forth with people at the front desk. I called today to make an appointment for my son and went back and forth with front desk rep Fatima. How dare you ask a parent if they are going to pay for an appointment? I don’t care if I came in 6 months ago for a similar appointment. You don’t ask me if I’m going to pay for it before you book the appointment 😡😡😡😡
Excellent care for our 3 Daughters and now for our Granddaughter. Well worth the commute! Thankful for Dr. Cloherty and the entire team at Longwood.
Great Practice. Great availability. All the MDs/NPs are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Also the nurses are all wonderful. Brett at the front desk is the most kind, professional unit coordinator I’ve encountered. Only bad thing is the parking costs!
