A lot of money for bad install. We replaced 11 windows and 2 doors. The crew arrived late, there were only two to the crew so it got dark before they could finish. When it started getting dark they started rushing, windows were not caulked correctly and doors were racked (twisted) leaving gaps between the door and frame. Locks were not the ones promissed and keys were missing. They've been back twice and both times they tried to jerry rig repairs. Still working on getting correct repairs 3 months later.
Great Job Loved them!!!!! We love the windows cut our bills more then 60 percent the cost savings was great! Chris and his dad did a great job on our whole house. Took them less than a day to complete the job and they took all the old windows and glass alway. No mess to deal with. I love the look but the way the windows sealed the house was more then enough.
A very satisfied customer We were referred to Long's Windows & Doors, LLC by a CPA who had had them install windows in a large ranch style home which serves as their business office-they were glowing in their praise. We met with Chris Long (this is a father/son business), and we are so glad we hired Long's to install Sunrise energy-efficient windows in our home in October 2008. Our electricity bills dropped substantially. We recommend Long's very highly.
Extraordinary customer service...highly recommended Long's was recommended by a friend when we needed window and door replacement. This is a small, family-owned business. Mr. Long and his son, Chris, come out to do the work. The window installation was difficult because of the siding on the house, but they worked very hard to get it done. Terrific job, terrific workmanship and quality! We had one door and seven windows replaced in our home, January 2008. Couldn't be more pleased... the Sunrise windows line distributed by Long's is the best. Our new windows make the house more comfortable and visually appealing!
Excellent ! We had excellent service. Very timely installation. We are very pleased with the product. We would recommend them again, and we will use them again to install windows in the other half of our house.
