Mauricio did a great job repairing a condensate pan leak, saved me money over replacement.
Professional. Was able to fix our A/C immediately. Didn’t do more than needed to be done. Then gave feedback about what may be needed in the future. We will definitely call them again when needed!
I was without heat and called Long's and they made every effort to squeeze me in. The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even stayed to make sure that everything was working properly before leaving. I will happily recommend Long's from here on out.
