Excellent service! Drake was right on time and very professional. Our dryer vent was 85% blocked and Drake had it cleared very fast and now the dryer is working like brand new. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I am now a loyal customer for life! Thank you Stone Heating & Air.
They were so on top of this repair. Had to wait for a part to be delivered and immediately got in done the same day the part was delivered!
Stone Heating and Air was great. I called and scheduled regular maintenance on an aging system. They got us in within a day, kept me updated on the tech’s getting to our house. Once the techs got to the house they were very professional, explained everything and should us pictures or the part they needed or recommended needing replacement. I will definitely be reaching out to them again when we need service.
