EXCELLENT! Awesome service & great local business. Had a leak in our air conditioning unit during a heatwave (100+ degrees). They sent Bob out ASAP! Very, very fast service and a great guy to work with (great attitude and funny). They fixed our problem promptly and were very contentious as to not "over service" us. I called someone else that said I needed to replace 4 core and cap on your system's service valves at a cost for the parts $643.64 Plus said I would need to add Freon. I decided to call around and two places said it doesn’t sound like that could be the problem and would need to diagnose it for themselves. I’m really impressed! This is now my second (or third) time using calculated comfort. Always super friendly and eager to help. Most recently Eric and Mike helped me. Both very professional and courteous. Explained their process to me and helped me understand what they were doing. Both seemed to have great training and experience. I really appreciate their help and will certainly use again especially since they’re so affordable!
The mother board was not communicating with units. They never could figure how to fix it. Kept saying it was working correctly. Even though it was still getting error codes, A6-20, J4, CJ. Had a new mother board put. The technician from your company that said there was a communication problem with the units was right. The owner should have listened to that employee Zero stars
