The staff at Academy Dental was by far the friendliest I have ever encountered at a Dental Office. From beginning to end I felt more comfortable than ever before at a dental appointment. Prior to today, my last experience at the dentist left me refusing to be seen by a dentist after being wrongfully accused of being a drug addict due to the condition of my teeth, left in pain from a simple procedure, and basically talked down to like a child. I am the biggest scardy cat about going to the dentist. I went in today for my appointment and was treated very well from the front desk to the hygentist to the dentist. My experience today was excellent. Thanks for everything
Dr. O’Shea and his team are so kind and caring. I needed some work done and my insurance was due to run out so they got me in right away and finished the work, and great work it was. Dr. O’Shea is a fantastic dentist. I wouldn’t trust my teeth in anyone else’s hands.
All of the staff was so courteous and patient in explaining my treatment plan :)
