I don't usually write reviews, but this place is sooooo bad. It's bad enough in Lima, but this place just makes worst. Don't be tempted by the path to the school and the "cheap" rent. They don't care about you or your apartment unless it's about getting money from you. Black mold makes it unlivable, bad insulation, bad management, and they lie to make you think it's a great place. They show you the only apartment that is actually cleaned in the entire building and that's it.
