This is the second truck that I have bought there. No high pressure sales, no bait and switch tactics, no running to the manager to approve deals. Dave Harr our sales person was friendly and went out his way to insure I got the best deal. Including finding additional savings after the paper work was signed and I had taken the vehicle home. I highly recommend Longley Dodge.

Horrible customer service. Myself and family had issues especially by Karen in servicing , awful with customer service should not be doing the job she is, good thing she worked at Toyota beforehand so she knows what she's doing And they can't get an oil change right to save their life. Never again. 3 out of 4 times I had to return to have the right amount of oil added or taken out.

Brought my new car today( which I did not buy there) was expecting to assess the situation and bring it back later to drop off the car, they fixed it right then and there, everything works fine and the car is running better than the day I bought it, I was so impressed with the guys in the shop they even offered to fix my tire( there was a nail that luckily did not puncture the inner tire) and hold the paper work until I returned to do the inspection. I will be bringing me vehicle to them for ALL my future needs. Great guys!
Best place to shop in the area. Would recommend! They really do treat you like you are family.
