I don't hesitate in giving Longley Bros. a 5 star rating. My salesman was Dave Harr. Let me just say this was not my first rodeo in dealing with car salesman but it was the best experience I have ever had. Dave helped me in buying the vehicle for me that I have labeled as a fine fitted suit. Dave was awesome. A very good person to deal with. I would rate 0 stars!!!!! Bought what I thought was a nice used car, had it less then a year and already have had so many issues terrible service department. Passed my car for inspection and my engine light came on the next day! The extended warranty I bought covered Nothing!!!! So disgusted

You had pre-paid for an inspection that had yet to be performed to make it easier on your next visit. You came back in again with another check engine light on and we diagnosed your vehicle at no charge for you. We refunded $21 for your pre-paid NYS inspection. It was the catalytic converter.
