I would rate 0 stars !! I decided to try out Longley Dodge service department for a brake inspection and was quoted 830$ JUST FOR PADS & ROTORS! THAT IS ROBBERY! Also was told my brakes were in worse shape than they actually were . The best part was after I told the service department I wanted to refuse service and I would come back and pick my truck up so I could get it serviced elsewhere , they told me "well we can bring our price down to try and make it work for you " WHAT?! Great people to deal with. Bought two vehicles from Jennifer (which I'll be back to buy our Durango in a couple years.) service is accommodating to the point where they'll pick up your wife for an inspection. Don't have a bad word to say about this dealership!
The experience was amazing! My husband and I dealt with Jennifer and Doug completely over Facebook to work out a deal, which was incredibly convenient for my husband since his work sends him out of town and doesn't have the time to go back and forth on the phone or sit in the dealership. They were able to get him into an awesome truck at a great price, which was overly important to us since we have a little one on the way!! Not pleased at all with the buying process. Was lead to believe i was getting a vehicle that had a certain feature and then when it in turn did not have that feature they did not want to pay to have it added. They offered to pay half. When I attempted to email the saleswoman a week later so that it was all in writing and documented she never emailed me back. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.
