worst experience of my life. when i left i felt worse than before i went in. don’t make your children go here if they need help because they won’t help you. staff lies a lot too.
I revisit this review occasionally, and I notice new ones that are sad. This place should be shut down, people deserve so much better. *****Most, if not all the 5-star ratings are by employees.***** Went to the hospital in Lafayette for an anxiety attack and was given two shots. I was completely out of it. I signed paperwork I don't even remember. Got to longleaf and it was awful. Flies everywhere vomit that was never cleaned and blood on the bathroom walls. Keep in mind apparently your family has to bring you clothes, undergarments, etc or you will not be given any. You stay in your dirty clothes you arrive in until someone tells you “oh btw there’s a small donation closet. I don’t know what to tell you about underwear though.” That’s sad that people in JAIL are supplied more than the people here.
Don't go here if at all possible. Most of the techs have the worst attitudes and don't have any compassion. They just want to make the money and go home without a care in the world for those who need the most care. This place will make you worse until you get the right medicine that lets you tolerate their ill attitudes and unwillingness to help.
