They lost my medical record request sheet so I had to fill another one out. The person Victoria in medical records had a problem on the phone.
i would never recommend sending a loved one to this facility based on my experience i was admitted involuntarily during one of the darkest moments of my life and instead of feeling helped i felt trapped scared and completely alone there were around 10 patients on my unit and i was one of only two women while everyone else was men thankfully none of the men were weird or made me uncomfortable but being one of only two girls in that environment while already struggling mentally was terrifying and isolating you get put into a r... read more
i think the worst part was when the financial department called me on day two while i was admitted and could not leave… to berate and threaten me with legal action if i couldn’t pay the bill at the end. or when one of the techs said the whole place could burn down and they wouldn’t care… to a bunch of patients being held there with no way out. or female mentally handicapped patients being SA’d by men in there and the doctor telling me it was consensual when i wanted away from the perpetrator. horrific place.
No place is perfect but I am so thankful for this facility and its staff.
Very horrible facility. Workers blatantly show they don’t care. Only good thing is you get taken outside to smoke but it’s ghetto and the workers don’t listen to requests. If you ask for your phone to get a contact out of it you should be able to, you can tell them multiple times and they will lie to you and not do anything. Horrible.
