We finally moved out back in June after the management team was replaced. The new people are completely incompetent. We had ants and spiders all over our apartment and we requested pest control multiple times, but nothing happened. Nobody ever responded to our calls or emails. Nobody ever came to complete maintenance requests and at one point we were told our request simply could not be filled because they "didn't cover it", despite the contract stating they would handle ALL maintenance. I have loved living here at Longitude 81! Carolann is SO amazing and easy to work with. We did have some issues while the apartment complex was going through a transition but ever since Carolann has been there, all issues have been addressed and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend living here. It is in a safe and convenient location with proximity to everything.
Since I have moved in I have been met with problems. It started off with the application process, I was never told if I officially had the place or not until I called in, and even then no one here really had an answer, because it had just been bought. I never received move in information, such as a move in packet, so everything had to be figured out on my own by calling different companies in the area to see who provided us service for various things. This complex used to be nice until it was sold in May of 2017. Now, new management team has let it go to Hell in a few short months. I have since moved out but I am still waiting for my security deposit back...it has been more than 30 days. The new apartment manager (Amy) doesn't return calls and her staff is the most incompetent I have come across...ever.
