I highly recommend Longitude 81. I've lived here for 2 years and it's been the best apartment experience I've had over the past decade. The staff is extremely attentive and goes above & beyond to make the residents comfortable. Maintenance requests are serviced within 48 hours. The gym & pool are always well kept. It's a dog friendly community. What else can I say...highly, highly recommend!
I've been living at this place for a little less than a year and I'm truly happy with the way everything is going. Great lake front view from the bedroom. The maintenance crew really know what they are doing. My A/C was down for 2 days but as soon as I put a request online and told them that my pet was in the unit , Kerwin showed up a portable A/C unit that was set up very fast since they didn't have the part that needed to get fixed. Carolanne is the best!!! She always goes out of her way to help the residents. Her professional and caring attitude is always evident and appreciated!
when we lived here the manager was smoking pot at the pool in front of residents. We told matrix management and human resources and they transferred Les and did nothing about it. The maint. man thats there now is an addict and goes in apts. without permission as well as being cought smoking something with potential residents in his apt. while on the job by Les. This place is so unprofessional. Have not received my deposit and it’s been over 30 days. Also trying to collect from an electric bill that they owe on for the month after we left. We cancelled the electric the day we moved out on FEB 12th. They are trying to collect a 75 dollar fee to reinstate the electric! Wish we would have paid attention to the reviews before we signed the lease Be very careful !!!
