Huffed and Puffed and Blew Me Off Terrible customer service! I called them for a quote and we set up a time. A week or so later, I never heard a peep from them, so I wasn't sure the time had been confirmed (I'm used to businesses giving "call aheads" to let you know they're heading out to your property and confirming the date/time.)
