I am SO VERY disppointed in the communication I have just had with Dr.Kirsten Shepard in atttempting to communicate with her for any of the records she have for me and to obtain a referral to the new physician that she is referring her patients to. I understand that there are policies in doing everything and would NEVER request a physician to provide anything illegal, but this doctor was initially very professional. Extremely relaxing atmosphere; providing both Chiro adjustments AND therapeutic massages.
Finally found a place that not only does chiro care but massage therapy as well. Friendly environment, warm and friendly as well as professional. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Rational Longevity Wellness to people in pain.
I have traveled and lived all over the country and Dr. Shepard is by far, hands down the best chiro I've gone to. I'm happy to be back in Austin for her care alone. After moving my back was in quite a state, psoas spasm and few people know how to really adjust and treat it without making it sore or worse. 2 visits and done! Pure, healing magic.
