My husband and I have been to several spas for a couples massage and I'm not sure we will never go anywhere else! Longevity is a small, cozy spa with great amenities. The staff is so friendly and the massage rooms and lounges and are very elegant. Our massages were great and were very catered to our preferences. We arrived 15 minutes early, our massage started on time, and we had plenty of time to use the amenities before and after. We love Longevity and cannot wait to go back.

I wanted to take my future daughter and daughter for a special day to celebrate the upcoming wedding. It was hard to find someplace that could do all of us but Longevity stepped up! The space is beautiful and we had a room with chairs, beautiful robes, slippers, 2 kinds of flavored water, cookies and mimosas! Everyone was so nice and could not have been more professional! Our massages were wonderful and the steam after was heaven! I may not bring the girls back but I will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful day!

Love this facility. Super clean, staff is always attentive and pleasant, all therapists do a wonderful job. There's always refreshments, chocolate and trail mix available. Steam showers are clean and robes/sandals provided are always clean. This is the only massage place I go to in Knoxville!
